Chanukah's Sparkling Table Decor
In anticipation of Chanukah, the wafting scents of freshly baked flavor filled sufganiyot began weeks ago. And now, this fun filled Holyday is finally here. For eight days we're celebrating with sparkling lights and deep fried Chanukah treats as we commemorate the miracles that we were blessed with so many years ago and we give thanks for the miracles we experience today in our own lives.
Chanukah get-togethers and parties are a major happening as families and friends join together in the celebrations. For this year's festivities, our palettes will be treated to sparkling white wine, our family favorite deep fried potato latkes topped with sour cream, and an assortment of sufganiyot for dessert.
For styling, I'm using Chanukah's official colors of blue and white and adding in some silver too. We'll surround ourselves with twinkling lights by creating a shining centerpiece of candle sticks of varying heights, adding to it tea light holders and décor. I decided to incorporate mirrors to reflect the light and add some additional sparkle to the ambiance.
May Hashem's light illuminate our lives and may His miracles continue to shine bright in our homes and throughout the world.
Chanukah Sameach.
